Fur Legged Pantry

I visited this business for the first time this morning on the recommendation of a friend. I was very impressed with the range of pet food and purchased $23.50 worth of goodies for my dog. I paid by card and agreed to the receipt being sent to my mobile. When I checked this later I was surprised to see an extra $1 charge for 'card use fee.' I was not informed that I would be charged and would have paid with cash if I had known. I am really quite shocked and disappointed at this lack of communication. I tried to call to speak to someone however the mobile number given on the receipt is for another company, nothing to do with Fur Legged Pantry.

I have been using Simon's amazing products for the last few years, to start with I made up my own BARF mix with his single proteins and offal but have swapped to Simon's mixes as they offer a huge variety and are a great quality, my dogs love the food and are a picture of health and vitality! I still buy my cats the single protein.... Thanks Simon!

Outstanding product

I have been going to simon since whilst he was operating under rodgies, now he supplies for both fur legged pantry and Rodgies, it has made it heaps easier for me to buy fresh balanced food for my labradoodle and jack Russell. Fur legged pantry has lots of variety, at great prices!

So annoying that the closing time keeps changing.

I've used SImon for years for my very allergy sensitive bull terriers. They love his food and he is also very knowedgable and generous with his ideas of what may be best for my dogs as they age and have different food issues.Fur Legged Pantry is a binus shopfront that I can come and see what new products he is brewing and how to spoil my pooches with love and care, and ALL NATURAL products!

You won't find better quality food for your furbaby anywhere in Perth. Fresh, healthy and ridiculously bloody good value!

Don't get me wrong the product is really good, we used to order off a couple in Yanchep and without fail was delivered the Friday of every week I ordered with a smile. They were selling through the owner. They stopped got a job elsewhere, the owner took our orders back on. Let me say this is the worst thing that happened, orders are never confirmed, try picking it up from their market in Wanneroo to make it easier they never have stock, then put an order in and pay for it and the owner rings you up screaming you haven't ordered enough for delivery, even though every order before has been a couple of hundred bucks, benefit of the doubt given with the sympathy of a bad week they were having and again order put in over $200 and no message no nothing. My dogs really like this food but I am making the change to their diet to something else as I keep having to wait for product anyway. Very bad service get your dog on something it will never be consistent

They say they will have something, you plan your shopping around it, then they don't. Say again they have it then they don't. Bad service, never again!

I used to use the delivery service and Simon was always friendly and helpfulI now make trips to the shop purely because I like to look and see what’s on offer and am never disappointed. If stock is going to be low or a price change because of the world in which we are living in right now, Simon will always update us on the Facebook page.
