Employee Billy, was an absolute GEM. Walked thru the door mustve seen my face, because he came over and asked if i needed some help, i sure did. Yep, and he gave it. Took me thru everything re foods etc for a puppy. Alot of knowledge given with a smile and friendliness followed by me leaving with a take home pack for a puppy. Look after Employee Billy, hes good at his job. Well done and THANKS to Billy

Great customer service, honestly hate that parking area purely because it's right near the lights and heavy flow traffic. Especially when turning right out. But otherwise great store and friendly staff, ease with click and collect.

What a great store. Friendly staff with old fashioned service values. They will approach you to assist. Clean store and very well stocked. More expensive but the quality for that is very high. Knowledgeable staff, who obviously love their animals and know what they are talking about. Nothing is too much trouble.

Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Service is prompt. Prices are reasonable. Easy access through the store with product well presented. The go-to place for straw for our chickens, eco poop bags for our dog and food pellets for our pond fish. We are currently desirous of acquiring an aquarium. We visit the live fish displayed each and every time we visit the store. The store has easy access and great store front off Dixon.

Changed my dog food from my Dog to Core wellness meals, bought the pate and opened the first packet and found these white specs on the pate. Did not feel comfortable feeding it to my fur ball. He loves the shredded meals though. Not sure if anyone has experienced the same.
