Sonya refused to fill up the kittens almost empty water bowl. 2 kittens in the same area. The kitten had walked over to the bowl for a drink. There was no water. She was really rude and wouldn't even let the other employee do so. I left my shopping which was roughly $100 worth at the checkout and walked out. The same thing happened the last time I came in the store. But last time the other employees on duty happily refilled the cats water. Sonya was extremely rude.

I would give no stars to the nasty young lady who served me. (I didn't catch her name) She's rude and had no compassion for the elderly. I asked her if she could get me 40kg's of wheat. She said Walk down with me." I said "I'm unable to as I can't walk far." She gave me a filthy look. I aplogised over and over. She angrily said "I'll get it." I apologised again. She gave me another filthy look. I asked if she could put it in my car for me

Great friendly service, even though they didn’t have what I wanted in stock they were willing to see who else has the stock in another store for me and call them to reserve it. I will be back.
